Zimcode Activates Halo at the 2024 United Soccer Coaches Convention | The World’s Largest Coaches Association
From January 10-14, Zimcode in partnership with Halo Solutions, supported the United Soccer Coaches Convention at the Anaheim Convention Center, its first return to the West Coast since 2017.
The United Soccer Coaches is the world’s largest coaches association and every year they celebrate the convention with over 10,000 attendees. They join a portfolio of premier events across the world that trust Halo’s safety and event management platform to monitor their event.
The activation in Anaheim saw the Halo mobile app connect internal staff from the United Soccer Coaches team with security and the Anaheim Convention Center.
The app allowed them to quickly report, share and manage incidents between users. Ensuring there were no forgotten incidents during the craziness of the event and they could track each incident’s progress from the app.
“The safety of our visitors at the convention is our number one priority. We are constantly evaluating new methods and safety procedures. This year in Anaheim we partnered with Zimcode to implement Halo, their safety and communications app. Halo made it extremely easy for our team to share and track incidents between staff – both on a safety and operational level. The app was very successful and we look forward to working together for future conventions to continue to enhance our security set up.”- Geoff Vandeusen, CEO, United Soccer Coaches
“I have been attending the United Soccer Coaches Convention for about 10 years, so working together with them in Anaheim has been very special. It was clear from the beginning that they take the safety and security of their event extremely seriously. We have already begun looking at ways they can expand Halo’s use for next year in Chicago. Protecting the public is our number one priority and it is a pleasure to add the United Soccer Coaches organization to a growing list of premier events trusting the system.”- Ziad Tleimat , CEO, Zimcode
